Do you suffer from anxiety insomnia? This is a very common form of insomnia, and it's often treatable just by a couple of changes in your lifestyle.
Eat better: add milk and bananas to your diet
Milk contains calcium, which is essential for your body, and for healthy sleep. The bananas make the milk's calcium more easily available to your body. Bananas also relax you.
Exercise more: get rid of stress hormones
Stress hormones like adrenaline are bad for your body. Over time, they can do immense damage to your heart. Therefore, it's essential to flush these hormones from your body with exercise. Try going for a walk before you leave for work, and during your lunch hour. Your body will thank you.
Improving your nutrition, and exercise sound too simple to cure something like anxiety insomnia. However, these two simple changes will ensure that you fall asleep, and stay asleep, waking refreshed and happy each day.
